Upcoming Events Ohio Growth Summit Free Geeks at CSCC is also donating a PC, Printer, Monitor, Keyboard, and mouse to the Small Business Development Center here on campus. It will be given away at their annual Ohio Growth Summit on June 10th. TRIO Program From May 12th to May 25th,Free Geeks at CSCC will be donating a PC, Monitor, Keyboard, & Mouse to the Trio Program. They will be given away during a free raffle for TRIO students, and the winner will be announced on May 26th. Raffle Free Geeks at CSCC will also be Raffling off Two PC's this Quarter. This raffle will raise money for our programs. The raffle will start May12th and will last till May 25th. The drawing will be held May 26th. The PC's will be given to the winners on June 2nd, and will include a free training session. Both PC's will be fully loaded with Ubuntu and Open Office. The tickets for the raffle will be sold for 50 cents a piece, or three for a dollar. Come to Davidson Hall, Suite 205 to purchase your Raffle Ticket. Also, come see us at our table on May 21st, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Spring Fling. Past Events Combat Veterans On April 25th, 2009 Free Geeks as CSCC donated a PC, Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse to the Combat Veterans benefit for Fisher House. The computer package was raffled off at the benefit and generated $275 towards their cause. The Fisher House is an organization that is similar in function to the Ronald McDonald House, but for Veterans and their Families. These are some pictures from the event:
